If you are a resident of Fulton County, or have a case that can be resolved in a Fulton County Court, we may be able to assist you. Eligibility is determined in a number of ways, including case type and household income. Some but not all of our programs have been expanded to include Clayton County as well.
We assist people in the following areas:
Domestic Violence issuesSecuring unpaid wagesDisputing unlawful debt collectionLandlord-tenant disputes (e.g. security deposits, repairs, illegal evictions, etc.)Eviction DefenseWills and Advance Directives Probate InformationWe do not accept personal injury cases or cases where an individual has been charged with a crime.
In order to find out whether we can help you, please call our office for intake at (404) 521-0790, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. If you call outside of those hours, we will return your call within the next business day.
